A Diamond shape model designed for large groups of people (8 or more). Ideal for the big families, restaurants, and bars. It has a large cooking capacity, therefore it is particularly suitable for large dishes (e.g., large turkey for Christmas). The basic grill set is comprised of: ceramic grill with a stand and folding/removable side shelves with hooks, dual zone cooking system with ceramic heat deflector, ceramic chicken sitter, ash removal tool and protective grill cover. With the basic grill set you will be able to: grill on direct heat (meat on skewers, steaks, burgers, chicken,  wings, fish and other dishes grilled under 20 min.), grill on indirect heat (chicken, ham, chops, fish and other larger dishes grilled using a deflector), smoke (ribs, fish, cheese, pulled pork, brisket), make soups, stews, etc.
